Designed and built AI agents and reusable AI workflow components within an enterprise low-code Agentic AI platform, automating CRM repair, dispatching, scheduling, notification, and route-planning workflows.

  • Built LLM-powered automation workflows by combining low-code orchestration with prompt engineering, JavaScript execution, C#/.NET APIs, RESTful CRM APIs, validation logic, conditional branching, and workflow state control for enterprise field-service automation.
  • Evolved CRM automation from prompt-based API execution into agent-based execution, multi-agent collaboration, and reusable skill-based architecture, improving workflow modularity, maintainability, and execution control.
